Every client company in one window
gde.ee for accounting agencies: switch between client companies without switching portals, autofill registry data from Äriregister and EMTA, hand out scoped roles instead of passwords, and give each client a public DPA and subprocessor list ready for their own auditor.
Three things that eat your billable hours
Portal ping-pong
One client in e-Financials, another in a legacy ERP, a third sending photos of invoices. Every switch costs minutes and context.
Manual data entry that fails audits
Registry codes, KMKR numbers and addresses typed by hand are the most common source of corrections — and the hardest to explain to a client.
New e-invoice obligations since 1 July 2025
A company registered as an e-invoice recipient in the Commercial Register may require a structured invoice (EN 16931 by default). Somebody has to check that status for every client — and it is not automated anywhere yet.
What the agency workspace does
| Capability | What it changes for you |
|---|---|
| Multi-company switcher on one login | Client companies in a single list with search, status and last activity |
| Agency role with scoped access | You see what the client delegated — not their whole account, and never their vault key |
| Registry autofill from Äriregister and EMTA | Name, registry code, KMKR, address, e-mail, phone and website filled from official sources in one click |
| EPC QR payment codes on every invoice | Fewer 'which account do I pay' e-mails and faster settlement |
| Roles: administrator, accountant, invoicer, viewer | The client keeps control; you get exactly the rights the engagement requires |
| Audit log (90 days on the agency plan) | You can show who changed what, and when, without asking us |
| Templates and recurring invoices | Monthly retainers and standing agreements are set up once |
| Zero-knowledge vault per client | Each client company holds its own key; a breach of our servers does not expose financial data |
What your client's auditor will ask for
- A public DPA under Article 28 GDPR that can be accepted in one click and printed — no email ping-pong with a vendor.
- A versioned list of subprocessors with regions and transfer mechanisms.
- A security page describing encryption, access control and incident handling.
- A status page with an incident log instead of a vague uptime promise.
- A full export in CSV plus PDF, so leaving the platform never means losing records.
Pricing for agencies: per seat, not per client
You grow by adding client companies. Your bill should not grow with them.
All plans are free during the public beta. Prices above apply after the beta, exclude VAT and are announced at least 30 days in advance. No card is required to start.
The arithmetic you can check in one meeting
- Count the minutes spent per client per month on portal switching and manual requisites entry.
- Multiply by your internal hourly rate and by the number of client companies.
- Compare with the seat price above — one saved hour per month already covers the Pro plan.
- Then add what is harder to price: corrections you no longer have to explain, and a compliance package you no longer have to assemble by hand.

Questions agencies actually ask
Who is the controller for my clients' data?
You are. gde.ee is the processor under our public DPA, and your clients remain the data subjects. The DPA covers this automatically; nothing has to be negotiated for a pilot.
Can I see my client's data if I do not have their vault key?
No, and that is deliberate. Zero-knowledge encryption means the key stays with the client. If the engagement requires you to work inside their data, the client either grants you the workspace role and shares the key through their own secure channel, or keeps the vault off.
What happens to a client company if they leave me?
The agency role is revoked in one click, their data stays in their own workspace, and they can export everything in CSV and PDF. You are not a hostage-taker and neither are we.
Do you support structured e-invoices (EN 16931)?
Not yet. Today gde.ee produces PDF invoices with EPC QR codes. Structured e-invoice output and a recipient-status check against the Commercial Register are on the public roadmap; we will not claim support before it ships.
Can I import my existing client portfolio?
Clients and companies can be imported from CSV with field mapping; the agency plan adds import history. Invoice history is imported as documents, not as editable records.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Month-to-month during and after the beta, cancel any time, export any time.
Start with three client companies
Free during the beta, no card, no minimum term. We will sit through your first invoice cycle with you.
This page is a product and compliance document, not legal advice. Contracts, transfer mechanisms and retention periods are reviewed by Estonian counsel before they become binding.
