gde.ee is an invoicing & CRM platform for Estonian businesses, operated by GDE Systems OÜ and currently in public beta. You own your data. With the optional zero-knowledge vault, data is encrypted in your browser and we can’t read it. Please export backups regularly.
1. Scope of Service & Acceptance
gde.ee is an online SaaS platform for Estonian companies, sole proprietors (FIE) and e-residents, operated by GDE Systems OÜ (support@gde.ee). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. Client-Side Encryption & Security
When the zero-knowledge vault is enabled, your workspace data is encrypted in your browser with AES-256-GCM (key derived from your password via PBKDF2, 600,000 iterations) before it is synced. We never receive your password or keys, so we cannot decrypt your data or restore it if you lose both your password and your recovery phrase.
3. Estonian Business Register (RIK) Lookup
Registry search functions retrieve publicly available business details from the official Estonian e-Business Register solely for auto-filling invoice metadata.
4. Beta, availability & liability
gde.ee is currently in beta and provided 'as is' and 'as available'. Features may change, and errors or interruptions are possible; no uptime guarantee or service-level agreement (SLA) applies during the beta. You are responsible for regularly exporting backups of your data (Settings → Advanced → Export backup). GDE Systems OÜ is not liable for indirect losses or for data loss caused by lost passwords or recovery phrases.
